Nicola van Kuilenburg is an American/British/Dutch LGBTQ activist and writer. She currently lives in the US, approximately 1 hr north of DC. As a proud parent of a transgender teenager most of her activism has focused on the safety and inclusion of transgender and non binary youth in schools, along with trans affirming access to health care. She is a frequent visitor to Iceland, and loves to spend time soaking in hot springs and taking photos of glaciers.
